A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to this year's Carmel Macmillan Coffee Morning, helping to raise an incredible £827.37 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The event was a wonderful success, with pupils, staff and supporters coming together to enjoy delicious cakes, coffee and refreshments, all while raising money for a fantastic cause. Whether you baked, bought, donated, served or simply enjoyed a slice of cake, every contribution helped make a difference.
We would like to offer a particularly special thank you to Mrs Frank, who has organised Carmel's annual Macmillan Coffee Morning for the past 12 years. Her dedication and hard work have helped make the event a much-loved tradition within our school community.
What makes this year's achievement even more remarkable is that, over the past 12 years, the Carmel community has raised more than £9,000 for Macmillan through these annual coffee mornings. This incredible total reflects the generosity, kindness and community spirit that are at the heart of Carmel.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this year's event such a success. Together, we have once again shown the power of coming together to support those affected by cancer.
