The LEARN Model is our signature pedagogy of the College. It has been developed and adapted over a number of years to keep up to date with evidence- based recommendations. All lessons are planned using this model and teaching and learning activities are designed to prioritise these pedagogies. Presentations in every lesson use this model to signpost to students the different phases of their learning. We believe the elements of the LEARN model reflect the essential components for creating success for our students.

Elevating achievement and inspiring ambition for every student is at the core of our educational philosophy. Our dedicated teachers implement the 5 A Day Principle, a framework of evidence-based strategies from the Education Endowment Foundation's Guidance Report on Special Needs in Mainstream Education. This approach enriches the learning experience for all students, fostering a supportive classroom environment where every individual can thrive, irrespective of their abilities.
