Water Smart Kids!
Twenty-eight pupils spent a day at the Dolphin Centre working towards the Watersmart qualification. Instructors Tom Ward and Andrew Goode led the pupils through several practical workshops including:
* water safety theory
* staying safe around open water
* life support and CPR
* practical lifesaving.
The qualification is part of the Active Carmel project and the Carmel Swimming Club.
